Description¶

The Articles - Latest module type shows a list of the most recently published Articles.

How to Access¶

• Select System → Manage Panel → Site Modules from the Administrator menu. Then...
  • To create a new module: select the New button from the Toolbar. Then...
    • Select the required module type.
  • To edit an existing module:
    • Find the module in the list of installed modules and select the title link in the Title column.

Form Fields¶

• Title The title of the module. This is also the title displayed for the module depending on the Show Title Form Field

Module Tab¶

Left Panel¶

• Category Select Articles from one or more Categories. If no selection is made show all categories as default.
• Count The number of Articles to display (the default is 5).
• Featured Articles Show or hide Featured Articles or only show Featured Articles.
• Order Select an ordering mechanism:
  • Recently Added First: order the articles using their creation date
  • Recently Modified First: order the articles using their modification date
  • Recently Published First: order the articles using their publication date.
  • Recently Touched First: order the articles using their modification or creation dates.
  • Random Articles: order is random.
• Authors Filter by author.
• Created by Author(s) This item appears if Authors: Created by is selected. Multiple authors may be selected or typed.
