Component: Field Groups
Description¶
Field Groups are used to gather fields into a group in a named Tab in the item data entry form. Items not in a named group appear in the Tab named Fields. The Field Groups page lists existing field groups for each context: Articles, Contacts and Users.

How to Access¶
From the Administrator menu:
- Either: select Content → Field Groups
- Or: select Contact → Field Groups
- Or: select Users → Field Groups
Note: There is a dropdown list that allows creation of Fields for a Category, and Mail in the Contact component. They require some coding experience to prepare suitable template overrides.
